8 to 10 subjects, male, between the ages of 35 and 50.
High fitness status elite 1st cat or 2nd cat roadman or can equally produce a time around the 21 minute mark for a 10.

To take part in a study is to determine effectiveness of efficiency and economy from high and low cadence pedalling among athletes of this age group, using a VO2 max protocol test at Oxstalls Campus in the University of Gloucester

Events are open to everyone, not just league members - but only riders from promoting clubs receive points towards the overall league result.
For non-TLI or BCF members the prices are subject to day license purchase (TLI annual membership available on the night).
